With an autograph presentation from the composer to Dr. Heinz-Georg and Michaela von Kamler to title, signed and dated Vienna, November 9, 1981. Together with two autograph letters from the composer to the von Kamlers providing a description of the work, a performance of it, and news of the players, suggesting that the von Kamlers may have actually have commissioned the work.
