Occasional show-through and offsetting; outer bifolium of [Clavecin] part soiled, repaired, and reinforced at spine, with large stain to center of title.

"The most important product of [Boccherini's] visit to Paris [in 1767] was the set of six sonatas for keyboard with violin accompaniment op.5, which Boccherini dedicated to the amateur keyboard player Anne Louise Boyvin d’Hardancourt Brillon de Jouy, and which was distributed in numerous copies and editions into the 19th century."
