According to Gérard (p. 408), the otherwise identical title page of the first edition, first issue reads "Douze" instead of "Vingt-Quatre." Following the issue of four volumes (twelve quintets) in 1798, the title was changed; four additional volumes were issued between 1802 and 1812. Item #27025
