Folio (310 x 245 mm). 4 pp. One bifolium. Sewn. Plain wrappers. Notated in black ink on 12-stave paper. Watermark: "[?] 5 [illegible sign] S." A fair copy.

Three-stave systems: voice (G clef) with text underlay; piano grand staff. Andantino; in D major, common time. Signature to upper right corner of upper wrapper: "Mrs. Courtenay Ilbert." Occasional corrections in pencil.

Ca. 3" tear to outer margins repaired.

RISM lists an anonymous copy, for the same forces but in C major and with slight variants, as part of a large English collection at the Forschungszentrum Musik und Gender, Hannover (Rara/FMG Musikhandschriften.103; RISM ID no. 450115749).
