With an inscription signed by the composer to "Mademoiselle Arlette Dorgère" dated January 1, 1906 to free front endpaper.

Named cast list includes Jane Pernyn, De Craponne, De Kiercour, Loury, Léonie Laporte, Virginie Rolland, Paul Fugère, Devaux, Dekernel, Raiter, Bartel, and Defrenne.

Binding slightly worn and bumped.

First performed in Paris at the Théâtre des Bouffes-Parisiens on 29 November 1905, under the direction of Monza and Darcourt.

Dorgère (1880-1965) was a French singer and dancer.
