Wrappers slightly soiled with minor wear to spine. Some leaves slightly creased; minor annotations in pencil throughout.

First Edition, variant issue, with text in English only. Kirchmeyer 79-2, p. 461 (edition with text in both English and German).

Premiered in Los Angeles on 11 November 1952 conducted by Stravinsky.
