Wrappers somewhat worn and scuffed; spine reinforced with black binder's tape; creases and tears with minor loss. Lightly browned. Several performance markings in pencil.

The Symphonia Domestica premiered in New York at Carnegie Hall on 12 March 1904 by the Wetzler Symphony Orchestra conducted by the composer.
