From the collection of the American pianist Mario Feninger (1923-2016), with his initials in red ink to head of title and early ownership signature of "Fannie W. McLean" to upper margin.
Handstamp of musicseller's Gray's in San Francisco to foot of title.
Outer leaves somewhat worn and soiled; spine partially split. Lower outer corners quite worn and dampstained; McLean's signature very faint.
