The print depicts an elegant large room in the Villemorien home. Four couples are oerforming a social dance in the center of the image while an orchestra plays in an elevated area at left rear; ladies and gentlemen are engaged in conversation in both the fore- and background. Five large chandeliers hang from the ceiling with candle-lit sconces adorning the walls. One of a pair of engravings, the other titled "Le Concert."
